your AI Medicare advocate

Giving consumers the Advantage in Medicare.

An AI advocate that helps 67 million Americans understand, navigate, optimize, and enroll in Medicare.

02Problem and solution

Medicare is a maze, and people walk it alone.

More than 11,000 Americans turn 65 every day. Plan finders and brokers list options, but nobody advocates for the person choosing. Carriers pay brokers up to $725 for each new member and still don't own the relationship.

Meet Dorthy: an AI advocate from the first question through enrollment, and for years after

Simplifies complexity

Plain-language answers on eligibility, benefits, networks and drug costs.

Personal recommendations

Uses each person's own data to suggest the plans that fit them best.

Full lifecycle support

From first eligibility through every annual enrollment period, not just the sale.

03Business model

Carriers pay for it first. Consumers pay for years.

One Dorthy engine. Carriers license it under their own brand from 2027. That funds and proves it before the Dorthy app launches to consumers in mid-2028.

$6per member per year. Carriers license Dorthy with a $40K minimum and start on a half-price six-month pilot.
<1%of a 60,000-member carrier's members enrolling directly pays back its $360K license in year one.
$694per consumer enrollment from 2028, then $347 every year the member stays (CMS 2026 maximums).

Base case: $4.8M revenue in 2029 ($7.5M upside), including $2.59M in carrier recurring revenue (ARR) from 9 carriers. Carrier fees are flat, never per enrollment, so contracts stay clean under CMS rules.

04Why carriers first

Same mission. Less money at risk on the way.

Going straight to consumers launches about a year sooner, but carriers first collects $6.6M against $4.2M by the end of 2029 and spends $2.5M less. We would rather reach consumers with proof than spend our way there. Forward-looking estimates from our monthly operating model, not guarantees.

05Market and traction

A $23B+ market that renews every year.

67 million Medicare members carry $23B+ in renewal commissions each year, and new enrollments add $2.8B. Chapter, a consumer Medicare guide, raised $100M at a $3B valuation in April 2026.

06Use of funds

$2.0M over 18 months.

Built hire by hire, January 2027 to June 2028. Carrier fees cover the gap and leave about $746K in the bank at month 18 (base case).
